Dragon picture i probably wont finish!

A dragon painting ive been lazily working on, i really fucking suck at shading metal that has reflections on it : / and i suck at ice. So i guess i tried to work on all those things in this picture. Im not immediately disatisfied with this picture, but im not sure im gonna finish it. So here it is! Posted so i can stop working on it!
